Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Because our balms are handcrafted and naturally preserved, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However, we’ll happily work with you to resolve any concerns.

We offer refunds or replacements if:

• Your item arrives damaged or faulty.
• You received the wrong product.

To request a refund or replacement, please email hello@lovedbyleli.com.au with your order number, details, and photos (if applicable).

Formal Terms

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
• We may request the product to be returned (unused and unopened) before issuing a refund.
• Sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable.
