From Our Farm to Your Hands

Our tallow begins on our family farm in Wallanbah, NSW, before being prepared and carefully packed for you in Sydney. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days.

• Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post or trusted couriers.
• Standard delivery: 3–8 business days (depending on your location).
• Express delivery: 1–4 business days (metro areas).
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
• Rural/remote areas may take longer.

Formal Terms

• We are not responsible for delays outside our control (postal delays, natural disasters, etc.).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details; we cannot replace items sent to incorrect addresses.
